The Board of Upstream Marketing and Communications Inc. (AIM: UPS) announces that Graham Butt, Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation in order to focus his attention on his other business interests. The board of Upstream has accepted his resignation which will take immediate effect.
Commenting, David Ketchum, Chief Executive of Upstream, said:
